I tried to do 100 consecutive of each, starting with pullups, but once the pullup started to run long, I did them in alternating sets. I (tried to) only alternate two exercises at any one time; that said, the amount of time it took me was probably a symptom of the pullups taking FOR-EV-ER.

And, for the sake of full disclosure, I did strict and kipping pullups and chin ups.

I'll write more on this later, but the motivation to do it was finding workouts for my wife to do at home; when I found Angie, I thought "That's horrible...I must try it!!" ;-)

OSU!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04164754154104046311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2679295798337912971.post-37157185964518454272011-12-22T08:28:16.602-05:002011-12-22T08:28:16.602-05:00Osu!
Nice job gutting it out. Question: is there ...Osu!

Nice job gutting it out. Question: is there a mandatory order for pushups, pullups, etc in Angie, or can you rotate through in sets as you like? Either way - sounds suck-tacular. I might have to try it :-)sandmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06177422559934617701noreply@blogger.com
