12/16/2011 Early AM Session

Warm up:
2 sets 10x10lbs db windmill
2 sets bodyweight squats
3 sets db halo (10lbs, 2x20lbs)
2 sets 10 x 35lbs db split snatch/press

workout:
8-1 ladder:
Evens - 50lb db snatch
Odds - 50lb db swing

3xAlternating sets:
Knee high box jump w/3s hold @ bottom
Seisan

First circuit - 5lb ankle weights +4lb dbs

Sochin kata x 3
Lunges across the room and back or b/w squats between.

3xAlternating sets:
30 double unders
8 leg raises (0, 10lbs, 10lbs)

Leg raise + knee ups: 10x10lbs, 8x20lbs, 8x30lbs
